Put Pendrive on your computer USB Port. After one minutes
Double Click on My Computer Icon - Click on Removable Drive - your pendrive will be open.
Go to 'My Document' Folder - Now click on file - Click on File Menu - Click Send to - Click Removable Disk. Your file will be copy into the Pendrive.
